  I was told multiple times by different staff that my payment due was one price then at pick up charged almost $50 more. One staff member was very rude and disrespectful. The staff clearly needs more training if they can't give the correct information multiple times and have better customer service. I feel like they gave me a run around to scam me out of more money. They would have received a 5 star review had the staff been competent and honest with what was actually due.

  I drove all the way from Tampa to shop with mason and rod... what a great experience. They listened to me babble, and also answered all my questions... I saw something on their Instagram and by the time I got there Rod went to the back and found their last one. Way to go the extra mile !!!

  This has to be one of the most well put together businesses in all of Central Florida. Customer Service is one of a kind. Knowledgeable and professional. Staff goes above and beyond. I have used their services for years and have been a frequent shopper. No matter how big they still treat people from home like family. Highly recommend above all others for shopping, pawn, sales, and storage needs. Top notch. Keep being amazing TRADERS! You Rock!!!
