      If your in a rush do not come to this location for anything. This place runs so slow that you need a whole day to do anything here. I watched and waited for a check to clear and be cashed for 45 minutes. ($15,000 check ) even the management in this location is in slow motion mode. Terrible place to bank. Don't come here unless u literally have nothing else to do that day.

      If this location could get no stars they would. Both atms broke, only 2 tellers. Im sure the other 2 training know how to withdraw cash by now to make people wait almost 30mins

      Both atms down lines out side in the drive thro and a killer line inside been standing here forever they have the workers but only have one working the inside counter and only one working the drive thro….while we stand and watch other employees just talking…….. they have the slowest employee working the inside counter no care what so ever for their guests! Worst location I have been to yet!!!!!

      It makes sense why theirs only 2.4 stars. let me start w the lady I had today 11/5/2021 @ origanlly getting here @ 9:30am and it being 9:53am that I'm now leaving just for a pin for my new card to be changed. Worst reason to have to come inside... she took sooooooo long moved sooo slow was the only one there so it was a line of 4 when I got there 6 by the time I was seen.. for her to have a attitude because I was upset @ how long and slow she was moving. For her to not be able to help me ( I think she was able to but didn't want to because of my irritation that she cause). Sent to someone else that literally took 2 mins to do what I had to do. It was really hard for me not to curse because I really really wanted to.. why come to work? Is efficiency not in your requirements of employment? I will never ever come here again if its the last thing I do @ this point I want to take all my money out and go somewhere else.. matter fact thats exactly what I'm going to do asap..

      Today, Tuesday, October 2, around 4:00 in the afternoon, my preselection of the service is very bad. It would be good that if you see an older person in the row in a wheelchair or walker, they pass them first, on the other hand, I would recommend that they have more bilingual staff with the intention of serving in a more cheerful way.

      Waited 30 minutes in car line to move one car forward and not be seen because they closed. Slowest bank tellers in the history or banking. Wells fargo stage coaches could have gave me my money faster..

      The drive thru suction ate my I.D.. I was told they would.call me and send it after someone took it apart the next day. Been 3 week's and no1 called.... NO i.d returned.!! Very unprofessional!!! I will never bank here again and I'm contacting the BBB to let them know what unprofessional people Auburndale location has working!!! Also they stole my husband's money , closed his accounts and just sent him a check saying it was their faulty system .. beware n go any place else!!YW

      EVERYTIME. Never fails, this branch is the slowwesssstttt in the drive threw. Everytime i come its 30-45 minute and thats not counting sitting at the machine waiting to be helped or even taken care of. This branch is closer to me but i WILL travel the xtra 9 miles to lakeland just due to this reason. (Currently sitting in line and have been behind 1 car for almost 45 mins.)

      One of the worse Wells Fargo brach to go to. They always and I mean always give me a hard time whether I'm there for my personal account or business account. I try to avoid going to this bank because they can't accommodate or the time spent there isn't worth it.

      Spent over 30 minutes waiting to make a simple withdrawal. There was only one teller processing transactions; the Supervisor was standing behind her watching her and chitchatting with clients, which prolonged the wait. The other teller was grounded in front of his computer and looked like he was trying to do everything but help customers. After all of the wait, I was told that they had an address in their system that I had almost four years ago, and a phone number from 2005. I opened my account three months ago and updated my information in their system when I did. I was told that in order to update my address I would have to make an appointment to come back at a later date. An appointment. For an address. The straw that broke the camel's back was that they ended up GIVING ME MONEY FROM SOMEONE ELSE'S ACCOUNT. Avoid this bank at all costs!
