  I was there early waiting as employees were coming to work they seemed happy with smiles on their faces as they greeted me. Full Service oil change,tire rotation,air pressure, fluid level checked, even added washer fluid. I was out of there in less than an hour. Thank you so much

  It wasn't a good experience. Not only the salesperson Michael, but everyone seemed unprofessional and not eager to help. I also felt pressured to buy because they acted desperate for a sale because of the virus and not caring about me as a customer. Also they were not wearing masks or had any concern for health. I'm hoping I got a decent used car, but it won't be likely i would go back the dealership.

  I bought a truck from Chuck Watson and it was an unbelievable experience. Since I was driving from the Tallahassee area, I wanted to be sure of the pricing. We were able to work everything out ahead of time. There were no surprises. Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven has a modern facility which is clean and they are very professional. I liked it so much I went there for my first service appointment even though they are far from home. I will be referring family and friends to this dealership.

  Used the their body shop. It took them 5 days to replace a rear bumper cover. Apparently they put my car in the heat booth which has destroyed the seals in my car which now leak with every rain. The bumper cover is obviously used as it has scratches and nicks all over it.

  Excellent and speedy service! Ordered my part for the next day and I went in and got it installed. The best Ford dealership I've ever had my Truck serviced at. They also cleaned my Truck for me which was incredible. I was totally surprised.
