  Traci is an outstanding loan officer, and I highly recommend her. Some highlights of my experience: 1) Price. We shopped around and Traci offered us the lowest APR. 2) Attentive/Responsive. We have bought/sold 5 homes and no one but Traci returned calls same day. More than that, she made herself available after 9 pm at night to answer our questions. 3) Knowledgeable. We had many questions on various types of loans and she was able to answer our questions without having to "get back to us". 4) Speed. We had a fast closing and she helped usher our loan through the process and make sure we didn't have to delay.

  Traci and her team were amazing. We were purchasing a house in the States while physically located in Bahrain, the time difference was +8 hours, and we had all the questions as first time home buyers. What pulled us to Traci was her flexibility and the care she showed for our situation. We were weighing our options between her and our bank, but the bank didn’t answer the phone immediately, they didn’t work the weekends, they didn’t respond to emails in a timely fashion, they weren’t as accessible, nor were they as personable... Traci did, Traci was. In our opinion, Traci brings it all to the table and sets the industry gold standard. Another lender will have to offer to pay the mortgage to get us to switch!

  Working with Traci and her team was overall good. However I had an issue come up and I felt like some communication could have been phrased differently and I would have like more patience too. Also, I prefer to speak on the phone but I almost always got voice-mail. However, she is very responsive to texts. For me, messages can be misinterpreted but a phone calls leads to more clarity so I didn't like that I didn't get that.
