  We were recommended to Kevin through a mutual friend and we loved working with him. As a small business owner, it is often more difficult to obtain a mortgage, especially during COVID 19 times. Kevin made the process so very easy, and actually knew some information none of the other lenders were aware of, making the process even easier. I would certainly use Kevin again in the future and would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a lender that will go the extra mile. It was a pleasure working with him.

  Working with Kevin was awesome. I had a relatively difficult situation given my prior student loans and the majority of my investments being in Cryptocurrency. Kevin was able to work with me and get me pre-approved with a pretty good rate at the time. I had a few issues with paperwork and proving I had my down payment with the underwriter late into the loan which caused me to have to redo some of my paperwork and could have caused me to have a higher rate, but Kevin had been working with me for about 4 months at that time and was able to keep me at the same rate. He was great to work with, really understanding and timely. He was easy to talk to regarding my loan terms and went through everything with me every step of the way. He was always on the look out for different loan programs for me to get a better rate or better terms which was great. If you want someone who will work hard for you and walk you through this process in an easy to understand manner, I really recommend Kevin! Also make sure you touch base with a lender to get pre-approved before you start looking for houses, it makes the whole process waaaay easier!

  Knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely affable cannot even begin to describe Kevin West. I hired Kevin in December of 2019 as my mortgage loan officer and I couldn’t have made a better decision. Being a first-time home buyer, I was unsure of what professional to turn to for financial guidance. Luckily, Kevin worked with me diligently every step of the way to ensure I understood the correct channels I had to go through to successfully purchase my first home. Not only is he extraordinarily talented at what he does, he also was very personable. It did not matter what time of day it was, whenever I contacted Kevin, he always provided me with a prompt and pleasant response. It was obvious he did his research and put in the time and effort to find the loan type perfect for me. Even after closing on my home, Kevin has remained a phone-call away.   Being new to Virginia and not having relationships with companies already, it was important to find and work with people we can trust. From my first conversation with Kevin I knew that I wanted to work with him. He was always available no matter time or day.   Great Experience start to finish. Kevin is very knowledgeable and responsive. He was able to give me several scenarios for my refinance based on my credit and amount owed on my loan. He walked me through every step and the numbers he estimated my payment would be was relatively close. I would highly recommend him!!!!

  Kevin went above and beyond for my construction loan and subsequent refinance. Him and his team have very clear communications and easy e-signing of documents led to no mistakes and peace of mind tranactions. The construction loan draws were timely and I never had to wait for their inspectors. Kevin kept a keen eye on the rates and locked me to a great rate and kept my costs low. Highly recommend him and his teammates.

  Kevin was awesome. As first time home buyers Kevin took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options.   Kevin made our first time home buying experience easy and stress free. He’s great at breaking down complicated mortgage topics and issues into conversation that anyone can wrap their head around which I really appreciated as a first time home buyer.
