  We have just completed two mortgages with Teri and her team at Fairway. They have great customer service and follow-up. Many documents were completed online saving a lot of time. Our second mortgage with them went soo quickly. When most people's closing was taking 6 months due to Covid and extremely busy times because of rates dropping to historic lows, ours was done in around a month! Thanks, Teri!

  At our first meeting, she was able to show us programs that would be a good fit for us; never being unrealistic but sure that she would be able to get us qualified.She called the very next day with an amount, and we were able to move forward on our house hunt.Her deep knowledge and experience was felt through every step, and was such a comfort when all felt so unknown to me. I was never once made to feel like my questions were unimportant. She and her team were AMAZING!
