  Tracey is a joy to work with through and through. She is very professional and balances it well with a great sense of empathy, humor, and a pleasant demeanor throughout my home buying process. She’s very responsive and was one of my best advocates in a very competitive seller’s market. As a client, I felt she persistently looked out for my best interests and was there to nudge me towards the right direction when I could have made a huge mistake on my end that would have cost me thousands if not tens of thousands over the long term. She probably answered more than a few dozen questions from me throughout the process (with some curveballs), and was prompt, supportive, thoughtful, clear, and on point towards all of them. She helped me shop for and secure some of the best rates possible in the market, as the interest rates continued climb throughout the industry. She and her team made my mess into a success story!   Tracey is the absolute best to work with! She is incredibly professional, kind, personable, organized, and most importantly, flexible. We had a hard time deciding what to do and she was there every step of the way, providing guidance but never pressuring us to make a decision outside of our comfort zone.   5 stars service ! I had the pleasure to refinance my house with Tracey. Not only she was able to save me a lot of money but she also made, what usually is a stressful process, a very easy and pleasant experience. I didn't make it easy on her as I was traveling overseas during the refinance process, non of us had dealt with this in the past, but Tracey did her research and leverage her connection, to find out exactly how to make it happened while overseas to make sure we lock down the rate and save me a bunch of money! Since then I had no issue recommending Tracey to friends that have used her services and have been very pleased with the savings.

  What can I say about Tracey? There’s too much!! We have been blessed to have Tracey help us since our having our home in 2018 to refinancing our home twice now. She will always be our go to! Everything is always so fast! She’s friendly, so caring and understanding, and FAST! She has never let us down and responds so quickly! Sometimes I have to write: “no rush wait until Monday to respond,” just becusse I have to get my thoughts out when I’m thinking of them.
