  I have sold 7 homes with Stacie. She is amazing and the process she offers has saved us over $100K. In this crazy real estate market, even a local realtor told us listing with a program like hers is a better choice. I cannot imagine paying a listing agent $20000 to do what Stacie does for $300! We love List4Flat Fee!!!

  Friends of ours had recommended using Stacie/List 4 FlatFee. We had never sold a home before, but our friends told us how easy it was and that Stacie's service provides all the paperwork that a realtor would have. Stacie was very responsive; anytime we made a change to our listing, she posted it that very same day. It took us 4 mo to sell our home, but it was in a higher $$$ bracket. It was definately worth the savings of selling ourselves and not paying for a selling realtor too!!

  I engaged Stacie Whitfield via her brokerage (she is the managing broker) to facilitate the sale of my condo. Stacie's organization, experience, attention to detail and knowledge about the ever changing NWMLS rules helped me navigate the sale efficiently. As a real estate attorney, I have very high standards for brokers and many of them (despite holding a limited license to practice law) don't meet mine and some only care about a quick commission, to their client's detriment. Stacie exceeded mine and went above and beyond. I deal with a variety of brokers often and she's one of the few I would recommend to clients, family and friends.   I'm going to get to the bottom line first so you don't have to wade through my narrative....List4FlatFee does not charge enough...that's right, for the service they provide they should charge more. I am a retired real estate broker. I did not need representation for the sale of our home. I researched fee listing brokers. I soon realized that the nationwide big dogs all had one thing in common, they knew nothing about selling in Washington state. And couldn't find my town without looking at a map. Knowing the value of local experience I contacted Stacie and was very satisfied in her program. She made thoughtful suggestions and helped fine tune the listing. While she does not represent the seller she was very responsive to questions about procedure and provided all the necessary forms to complete the sale. Plus listing with Stacie I got all the marketing exposure provided by the larger companies. And she didn't need a map. I heartily encourage others to use List4FlatFee. I will for our next sale.
