  Don’t stop here. Keep driving back to the country where they actually care about people’s time. No inventory to speak of and high on prices. Go somewhere else. This place won’t last long.

  2nd car I have purchased from this dealer and they are not the car lot they had back then. This time it was one step up from a BUY HERE PAY HERE lot. Saw a car on line the add said 6.9% and before I left was told that was for people who had a credit score at least 650 or above. Said according there Car Rating score I was below. So went home to check my credit score and I was at 650 according to all 3 credit bureaus. This is a line they use to get you in a Higher Finance rate to get more money out of you. Then my car I purchased had a few little scratches so I wanted to get them fixed. Took almost a week and 4 phone calls to get any help so I showed up at the dealership and the lady up front as you walk in went and got me the number for the Paint and Body person. (She was very helpful.) This dealership has lost its TOUCH since my 1st purchase back in 2012. Sorry to say because I had a lot of respect and bragged on my experience about that time but when my wife and daughter purchase a vehicle will seek out a different dealer from here on.

  I got the car that I wanted but was very unhappy with the paperwork process. They added a warranty for $2,500 that I did not know about. They don't let you see the paper work before signing. Be very careful if your doing business here.

  The start of my experience is when I acquired about a vehicle I was interested in. I was contacted by this wonderful lady name BETHANY (she WAS AMAZING and so Sweet during the whole process she scheduled a time for me to come and test drive and the rest is history..lol.. Let's just say I am driving my dream SUV. The whole entire process was STRESS FREE and didn't take long at all and the customer service was Excellent.I want to give a shout out to Mr. JAMES HE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The staff was really nice even the gentleman that let me look at a picture of him in a burgundy suit.. Overall my experience with Toyota of Rockwall was Great!!
