  You can never go wrong for choosing to work with the Staff members at Summitt Funding. They are a highly-qualified and a very professional team that cares about getting your loan through multiple channels with the least amount of stress on the buyer. They simplified the process for me by answering questions and by providing updates on how the process was going. I closed escrow on the expected date that was set. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer.
