  If i could give zero stars i would. If you are female or elderly dont even think about going to them. The biggest group of crooks ever. Kyle Munn will take his sweet time with everything to make sure you dont qualify for a pencil. Dont expect anyone to call you back in a timely manner either. They should be in jail for stuff they pulled.

  I opened a savings account about 4 years ago at the Rockwall location and my personal banker did a great job. Since then the personal service from everyone has been 5 star worthy. I just closed an account I had with another local bank for 30 years and opened my business account with Beverly, again. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend doing business with this bank!

  It has been a great experience to use the Guaranty Bank in Rockwall. My family has conducted every type of business from personal banking...estate accounts...and new business accounts with this bank. I truly appreciate Beverly, Kristie, and Shari who have been so helpful. After wasting 20 years at a competitors bank, it took me awhile to get used to everyone knowing my name when I walked in!!

  Amazing bank! Extremely transparent which is what I value most in a bank. Beverly Mazzarese was incredible! She deserves a raise, answered all of my endless questions without any complaints. Incredible customer service. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a bank in the Rockwall, Dallas area. Thank you for being such a great community bank.

  I have been banking with this bank since I moved to rockwall. I’ve had business /personal bank accounts at all the major banks. This bank is the absolute best bank I’ve ever had. Everyone treats you amazing. They truly go above and beyond to make banking fun and enjoyable. This is like your old school bank where everyone knows who you are. You aren’t just an acct holder. I’d recommend anyone with a small business to come give them a try. You will be happy you did.
