      They are always straightforward and answer all my questions. They are pricey but they do good work. I've never had any problems with them. I don't mind going there for scheduled maintenance because their waiting room is great. Usually something to drink, and eat or charge your phone or use their free wifi. I check out the new cars or just stay on my phone To kill time. If you don't want to wait, they give u a ride as long as u live nearby. And pick you up when your car is ready. Cheaper folk don't offer those extras.

      Just had a really aggravating experience at Toyota of Hackensack. I took my lease in for an oil change and check up. Upon receiving my car everything looked ok. I didn't notice until recently that my floor mats were not reinstalled by the service technician. Since then there has been slight damage caused to my carpet as a result of the floor mats being removed. I admit I hadn't noticed them not being there at first. I brought my car to speak to the Manager Louie and even told them I would re-purchase the floor mats but would not be held responsible for the damage to the carpet. The manager was condescending, rude and defensive. He seemed to take it so personal and kept saying that he didn't remove the mats. I know you didn't Louie, but someone did. It is clear they aren't a customer service company and I am really excited for my lease to be up. I would never recommend a company like this to anyone. I see why people pay more for luxury cars as I have heard the customer service is much better.

      I called about a Toyota that I found on the website and the seller could not have been more rude. I've never bought a car before, was looking to understand what came with an internet price and the seller was eager to rush me off the phone to take another call. Given there are many other Toyota dealers in NJ I will be going somewhere else!

      Just finished picking up my 2017 CPO Toyota Camry on Wednesday 9/25/19. The experience at Toyota of Hackensack was fantastic from start to finish. Huge shout out to my salesman, Angel Alvarez who showed me the various CPO Camry's available. Took my wife and me for a test drive and was super friendly, courteous and expedited the entire process.       I have had excellent experiences from this Toyota location. I got a used 2006 Corolla with low mileage at a great price years ago and it hasn't given me any trouble. Their customer service is great. too and alway have an easy time for services.

      My boyfriend and I went so he could test drive a car. While on the test drive with a salesman named Jim, he snapped at my boyfriend whenever he asked a question. We were told no one would be coming with us and when we asked why he was coming he said that he "isn't afraid of covid like the other employees." Once we got back and talked about numbers, he continued to snap at us, and tossed the papers at us multiple times as well. We ended up walking out and my boyfriend gets a call from Jim saying he doesn't know why we left and then he proceeds to offer a DOLLAR less for monthly payments. I called the number that I found from reading other reviews, which got me to the front desk, where I was then sent to the manager, Mario Puentes' voicemail. I have yet to hear from him and I called 4 days ago.

      Good had fun. Dan Beisswenger was a true applications expert. Got me through the car review very enjoyable. Certainly an expert. Mr Rosen a true professional shared many stories this morning. My sales person was working effectively in getting the car I wanted at the best price. Great team I liked there style car is lots of fun.

      I love the service !!! They always make my 2015 Toyota Corolla feel brand new !! The only thing that sucks is waiting for the oil change but it's def worth the wait.. Usually takes and hour to and hour half.. Request for a hand wash.. It has a family atmosphere along with professionalism.. Dani the receptionist is really nice .. Rich my advisor was funny and cool ..I love doing reviews and honestly this dealership has the right people especially on the service side fixing the cars. I've been to many Toyota dealerships but Hackensack Toyota is by far the best especially with how my car feels after I get it serviced!!

      After buying my Tacoma from this dealer, I later got news that they never had the tittle for my truck and they had to hold onto it for 3 yes THREE months while they obtained a duplicate title. In that time they left the windows cracked and mold started growing on the floors. When I told them about this, they reassured me they would clean the mold and when I got my truck back I saw they just covered it up with floor mats...DO NOT BUY A CAR/TRUCK from these clowns!!
