  Customer service lady with white hair was not helpful and was very rude. Could not give me a replacement card and told me to go to a different td bank location. Which I went up the street to another td bank location and they were able to give me a replacement card in 3 minutes.

  I called TWO DIFFERENT TD Banks about changing ATLEAST my phone # so I can access my account on the app. I was told that even with an expired ID I could still do it. When I arrived to this TD I was told not only I can’t change any information until the ID is renewed, but that the other TD’s I called shouldn’t have told me that. I genuinely don’t understand how I can’t access my account, but I could still withdraw & deposit money freely, the only convenience of TD is that there are many of them around. The service is INCONVENIENT & MIS-INFORMATIVE.

  I’ve been to this Bank more than 7 times and it’s never been good. The tellers are all very rude. Especially the old lady and the young man there. They are very rude and look down on customers. Especially black customers. I feel as if they are jealous that we are depositing money into our accounts that they don’t have. Anytime I go there, there is a problem. If you want better service go to the TD bank on little ferry main st. They are the only Ones with good service

  Today, I opened up business account in this location, There is an old lady here at the first club, do not even go there ask for help , she took whole-day for open an account and I told her I kind of getting late I have to go, she started yelling et me and called me hell, instead of my name what kind of customer service and representative that calling your customer as hell, she need to be retired already for long time ego, and she didn’t enroll activated my account username is wrong whatever she puts in there, I had to call the customer service to fix it, terrible service don’t recommend anyone to come here

  AWFUL! Took my quarters to the arcade to cash in. I counted them beforehand 5+ times to ensure that it was going to be accurate. My total should have been $360. The arcade read $305! I alerted the teller who checked the machine for loose coins (there weren't any). I left my information so they could contact me. They have not. I contacted them and they said they were getting the machine checked and they would contact me. Still waiting (almost two weeks later). $55 lesson learned. In the future, I will just take the time to wrap the coins and deposit them. How do I know that machine doesn't shortchange everyone and TD Bank profits as a result? Who, besides myself, counts their coins before going to the arcade? Never again.

  I am line in before 4pm , if this is the new life and processs , than put barriers after 4pm , but take customer as they in line waiting . Secondly why can't have deposit slips available outside near ATM for customers . Poor experience . Wait in line for branches . Same experience .
