  I have been a customer for Towpath Credit Union for a few years now. Everyone is always friendly and professional. Rita Jones worked with me last year when I really needed it! She worked with me again today when I am in a better situation. She is courteous and very caring! Thank you!

  So I decided to purchase a vehicle through Towpath Credit Union and it was Great unbelievable service! Didn’t have to leave my house to get the loan rolling or even finalized. Charles Sively my loan Officer was Great! Fast service quick approval and smooth transactions! Had me rolling in my new ride the next day! I recommend them to any one.

  Charles Sively was great to work with during the loan process! He was personable and quickly responded to any questions I had. I have been a member of Towpath Credit Union for several years and can't say enough nice things about them!! Everyone I've ever dealt with is always so friendly and one of the main reasons I continue to bank with them!

  Towpath Credit Union provides the most outstanding customer service. From mortgages, car loans, to managing checking accounts, they are there to guide you.they offer competitive rates while providing a “small town” environment. Unlike large banks where you are just a name attached to an account, Towpath takes time to get to know their members. They are always happy to help and we couldn’t be more appreciative!

  Twice now I’ve attempted to get a mortgage with you after financing multiple cars and failed. The people can’t answer basic questions. Hell the first attempt I was told 100,000 salary wasn’t enough to finance 150,000 🤦 with 750 score. This time I’m buying my sisters home and was told I need an equity contractor whatever that is and the person couldn’t explain it either. After I secure this home loan I will be refinancing my truck and leaving your establishment after giving you two opportunities and two dings on my credit. Oh and 80 just to run the applications. Absolutely pitiful experience. Btw a 15 min phone conversation with Huntington I was approved.

  Charles Sively did an absolutely AMAZING job assisting me with my car loan... he worked very hard and was so patient with me. His communication was superb and he did his absolute best to get me the best rate on my terms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND utilizing his expertise and attention to detail. I really wanted to do business with our local credit union, and his level of personalized service reassured me that I was making the right choice!
