      This company has been able to work with me from the time I got my auto loan to the time I was laid off during Covid to even now with a personal loan. All office staff is genuine and compassionate who go above and beyond. I will always go through Nicholas Financial for all my loan needs.

      Was paid up a full month in advance branch manager at the time calls me to inform me they can not take card payments at that time to just send a money order in his name to a diffrent address so I called the michigan office and made my payment via card and while I'm at work car was got repo called the michigan office they said I was among ahead of schedule when reported stolen I received a call stating it was a repo. 8 months later I get a call. Stating I can come pick up my car it was there mistake only to be asked to pay the past 6 months payment and penalties for not haveing insurance on it terrible company. Have reported to the better business bureau. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS

      Had pretty decent experience until payoff time. Called for payoff paid it then got told we owe more. Then wondered why we was upset. Very unprofessional place as far as record keeping and was unable to meet needs when asked.
