Lisa Rene' DeBenedictis5I followed the manager, Kim Rounds, after she transferred to this bank during the pandemic shutdown. She is a manager who always goes the extra mile toward friendly customer service. I’ve been a personal and business banking client of Chase for many years in multiple cities and States and have always found their employees to value customer service and customer experiences. They always treat me and my family with respect and kindness. I set my son up with a high school account and now he has a business account and college account with them. Kim truly cares about her clients and coworkers in a way that is exceptional. She is a creative leader and a problem solver who knows that customer loyalty is what makes the Chase Brand shine. Very few people go out of their way to help others in the way that Kim does 365 days a year. Very few people have the highest level of community service standards that Kim Rounds maintains; she is a shining star to her residential district, peers, and customers. Her kindheartedness and work ethic have made me loyal to this branch and this brand.

Schukay Artistry1Jack helped my father deposit money into my account. Ended up Jack decided to put it in the wrong account. Opps "I just put thousands of dollars into the wrong account." Problem got fixed. But now I have no access to the money driving my account in hard negative. What has been done? Nothing. I get screwed with wait time phone calls and fees because Jack made a giant mistake. This is outrageous. Something must be done. My next action is with the federal government if nothing gets resolved.

Bonnie Napora1I have tried to work with three branches in Ohio and can not receive any assistance. I have visited the banks, used the mobile app and just want to close the account. It should not take 5 months to close an account.

Andrew Nelson1This location turned off the phones because of COVID, so you have to walk in if you want to schedule an appointment as opposed to just calling. I suppose COVID is transmitted more severely through the phone lines. SMH

Tomekia Martin1First of all I always go there with my client they have me and him together numerous times. So one of the tellers take it on yourself to call the police to make a police report saying that I was stealing from my client. Smh it’s sad to say that you never want to use the race card but this time it’s needed . So the police comes to the house check on my client and see everything is ok . I was hurt and embarrassed that someone would do that to me for no reason at all. Just another day in America I guess

Joshua McClintock1While I have had no problem with tellers in the past, today i had to meet with a banker to add my wife back on to her account after her purse was stolen almost a week ago. After going to another branch earlier this week and being told by a bank manager all we had to do was bring in her and my photo ID's to get her added, the banker at this bank was down right rude. She insisted on two forms of ID, which for me personally was not a problem, but after informing her a second time that my wife's purse was stolen, her response was: I'm sorry there's nothing I can do for you. REALLY? Well I guess we will see about somewhere else then. First, tell people the same thing across the board. Second, show some sympathy to YOUR customers. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN!

Alex Cochran4The bank is very nice, offering private consultation, multiple tellers, 2 drive thru tellers, and a drive up ATM. I set up my first bank account here and the banker was extremely helpful in helping me learn about the services they offered and the ins and outs of a checking account.
