  Did a VHDA FHA loan through them and they got me a Fixed rate of 3.75%. Nick Russo was extremely professional and out of all the lenders I dealt with he was the most courteous and knowledgeable. Didn't try to feed me a crappy loan. No points, 0 Down. I got money back for buying my house. The only downside was I got PMI, but you can cash out refinance in a few years to remove that.
