  Judy Boddie’s team rocks — Falls of the Neuse Rd at Raleigh, NC. If I could rate them as a world class trip to the moon versus stars, then I would do so. From beginning to end, the analyzation process to apply for a VA loan was streamlined flawlessly from initially communicating via email and by phone if I needed minimal clarification till providing me with the know-how for completing all of the documentation by way of the TowneBank Mortgage platform. I love the e-updates that arrived weekly to let me know our progress over the 3 til 4 weeks period. Moreover, I was never left out of the loop during communications with my realtor and all additional parties involved as for the ensuring timely delivery of required items to close. The sense of security all for me to rest assured that all in all my ultimate goal of home ownership would be realized... I went from renting to realizing my dream of home ownership within 30 days. I love my new condo home in the greater metropolitan area of Atlanta!!!

  People pay attention does Bank yes liar Loan Officer special person Allen he is a liar he’s a crazy guy he’s office in Charlotte North Carolina so pay attention don’t trust this Bank I spend lotta time and money and he’s not finishing his job I do not trust this bank stay away from this bank

  Marcella helped to make the process easy as first time homeowners. She kept everything moving along for a quick closing, and was there with us (along with our real estate agent and settlement agent) to answer questions as we signed the final papers and received the keys to our new home.   As a new soon-to-be homeowner, I had a lot of things on my plate.   I came into this process after a poor experience with another company and the home fell through just days before closing. This was attributed to the mistakes the loan officer made plus no communication. I was initially reluctant to try this process again, but Bill continued to ensure me that he would do what he could. He went above and beyond. He walked me though the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. If anyone is buying their first home, Bill Sweeney is the man to see!

My family and I were in the process of selling one house and buying another and through all the ups and downs the Townebank team was there to assist. Always available and great with understanding life and financial situation specific to military families. Would absolutely recommend and the only mortgage company I use.
