  Very rude over the phone didn't wanna answer question just kept hollering I'm like mam don't have an attitude if you can't understand proper English so she hung up. but get this I calls back to speak to a manager tell me why the woman didn't answer the phone for like 6 straight calls back to back

  Extremely rude. Hung up in my face as I was asking do they buy a certain product. Just told me no and hung up, didn’t give me a chance to say anything else. Unprofessional.

  Im sorry if you had a bad experience over the phone. I'm not sure who was attending the phone the time but i do apologize and would if you gave us another chance to show you we do care about our customer experience.

  They aren't very friendly here at all and the sign outside says we buy, sell and trade but the only thing they buy are tools and the prices are way to high for being a pawn shop!
