  The new, innovative ATMS are very user friendly and convenient. The tellers on the inside are very helpful and fast. I've been here for years and they've accommodated me greatly with anything I needed financially. Best federal credit union I've had.

  My experience at this location has always been pleasant! The staff is super sweet and the branch manager definitely runs the branch nicely. I've seen her handle alot of situations and still remained professional... definitely a tough task I believe she has mastered. Alisha is amazing and the entire staff. I have a branch closer but drive to this location.

  I love the look and feel of this branch. I've lived on the westbank all my life, was a previous member, left, and came back because the service is great. They also gave me a great rate on my credit card and are easy to work with. I'm a customer for life.

  Exceptional customer service! I applied for an auto loan and had several questions. Not only was all of my questions answered, I also received help with the value of the car and some very helpful information from Ms. Walker. On top of that I received a great interest rate. So happy to be a member of Onpath..

  Horrible experience at this location! The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful as I still don’t know why I had to leave work and go to the branch for no reason!!! I’m trusting y’all with my hard earned money and had the BRANCH MANAGER threaten to take my card privileges away! Horrible I refuse to visit this branch EVER again.

  Even though the day I went the lobby was closed, the drive-up line was fast and the staff was quick moving and efficient. Really nice staff and helped me even though we were not face to face.

  Brought a POA on 9/18/2018 to be added to my dying fathers account to handle his business for him. Wa told it would be sent to legal and would hear a response. I called on October 26 and there was nothing in the account as if they never received it even though I physically brought it into a bank associate and was told someone would get back to me. My father died on October 7th and then they try to tell me since he died the POA is void anyway. Well that doesn’t matter because if you would have added me to the account in the first place I would have been added to it before he passed. Terrible service and customer support.

  NOT A DAY GOES BY THAT ASI SYSTEM IS WORKING....THIS CREDIT UNION HAS THE TRASHIEST BANKING SYSTEM I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTER ...EVERY WEEK IT'S ALWAYS SOMETHING ....I SWEAR THIS IS EVERY WEEK
