  I honestly love Shelly Smith & her wonderful talented team at Town & Country Finance in Fruita CO. They have helped us out multiple times over the years purchasing homes in the Grand Valley. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest & always go above & beyond to make certain that their clients receive the best available loans etc., (as well as providing all of the information available so that you can make the best decision that's right for your individual needs). Shelly & her team recently helped my elderly folks refinance their home and T & C truly did go above & beyond to help them out by making the process quick, financially beneficial & very easy for them!! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for our mortgage loans and or refinancing needs!! Thank you Town & Country for ALWAYS being exceptional!! Steve & Shelly P.

  Jenny and her team at Town and Country Finance were wonderful to work with. She found a mortgage with great terms and made the process simple from my first phone call. They quickly responded to calls and emails. We closed on time without a worry. I highly recommend them.

  Shelly and Jenny, are amazing!! This is the second home we have purchased through them. They walked us through every step . They even arranged for us to do our closing while we were on vacation in Alaska. They are the only company we would use to purchase a home.

  I recently closed on my first home and could not have done it without Shelly, who I dubbed the “Loan Wizard” because she seems to have all the “magical” tricks in securing a great rate even with factors like a single income and student loans. Beyond that, Shelly demystified the process, was patient with my endless questions, and kept me feeling positive through the whole process. Shelly went above and beyond helping me, and my realtor says the same— she was a joy to work with and I look forward to working with her again in the future!   If you want mortgage advice, talk to Shelly at Town and Country Finance. She is the absolute best to assist you in finding the right thing for you. I recently needed advice from Shelly and found the right product for me. The process was easy, Tiffany kept the paperwork in order and communicated with me as to how things were coming along. They are the absolute best!

  I thank my lucky stars that we found Town & Country. This team is so knowledgable, efficient, and downright kind. When we were moving to Fruita from out of state they kept us informed and were so easy to contact. A few years later we began thinking about refinancing our mortgage and over months of emails Jenny patiently sent us quotes, answered our beginner questions, and made us feel like her #1 customers.   A big shout out to one of my home town businesses, Town & Country Financial Corp. on Aspen in downtown Fruita. After getting estimates for a new roof, we found ourselves in need of some financial help to cover the costs. We’ve worked with other major mortgage companies through the years, but Town & Country beat them all hands down. Super helpful, friendly, fast, and better rates and programs than the others. If you are looking for a mortgage or refinance with cash out (like us), call Jenny, Tiffany, Amanda, or Shelly...they’re awesome!
