  We just moved to Grand Junction a few months the ago. I am a die hard credit union member. I have been the Board of Directors and Supervisory Co.mitte chair.. What appealed to me is their financials are solid. Friendly staff and helpful.

  It use to be an excellent place with friendly knowledge staff but over the past 2 years the service has gone down hill. The website for online banking keeps crashing and i sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and noone came, and yes they were open. Debit cards have had several issues, not good for someone who is traveling. Now there are maybe 2 atms in the valley that dont charge a ridiculous fee. If they are going to have so many issues pergaps they should get an atm for their customers. After almost 15 years i am so frustrated that i am looking for a different bank. I dont know if it is laziness or incompetence or complacency that has taken over but it saddens me to see a small town credit union take on the big enterprise attitude .

  Not a very good Credit Union , They don't seem to be on top of there business. Will Close your account with out much effort or notice . Very little sympathy or common courtesy from employees. I would highly consider finding a better Credit Union .

  The tellers are friendly enough but.. We got lies fed to our faces and rugs pulled out from under us. We came in to pay off my auto loan and get my title, and he took our check, then refused to release the title as agreed, citing my remaining signature loan that we did NOT use my vehicle as collateral for. Do your banking with any of the other credit unions in GJ, or the local Alpine Bank. These folks are dishonest.

  I love this credit union, easy accounts with out cost, great interest rates on loans. Friendly and smart people. Land loan, motorcycle loan and personal loan when they ran a special rate. Easy application process. I love this place.

  Have been using this credit union for a very long time. I'll never close this account, easily my favorite place to bank even though I don't live in Grand Junction anymore. Thanks!!
