Hannah Dixon1App consistently displays incorrect balance, deposits temporarily go missing from my account, making me unable to use the money I actually have, card randomly decides I've hit the daily spending limit on days I haven't used it at all (upon checking the balance, no money was spent, this of course only happens after hours so I cant get it corrected). I really don't understand how these problems have persisted since I opened my account in 2019. How has none of this been fixed?

Dennis Kaelin1No one in my area could break a $100 bill so I went to this “Bank” and they tell me they can’t take my money because I don’t have a account... A bank that won’t exchange money is not a bank. Will never recommend to anyone to bank there

John de Greck5Cristina Bates completed our mortgage re-finance this week when we signed all the pertinent documents in her office. The re-finance was a fairly long process and required several requests for documents. Cristina was polite, patient and thorough as we moved through everything. At closing, she was prepared with all the necessary papers and stepped us through each document carefully. She was knowledgeable and professional throughout. Cristina and Town and Country Bank were a pleasure to deal with.

Robin Heaton1Very very disappointed with this bank!! Yesterday my sister attempted to open a checking account and that didn’t happen!! They insisted that her husband needed to be there in which that wasn’t possible. So she attempted to open the account in just her name and they questioned her why she didn’t want her husband on the account. In which she did but they wouldn’t let her! They also said they didn’t know her!! She is 63 and can’t open a checking account on her own!! What’s wrong with this picture?? Her husband is a doctor and is not able to be present to open this checking account. I can only guess that they do not need any new accounts!!

Penny Harper5Love this bank! I was in there when another customer was in there and wanted to argue with the teller about not getting their way ( c above). That teller gave her all different ways to help . I want a bank that helps me out and has my best interest at heart. THANK YOU TOWN N COUNTRY BANK !!!

rob padasso1The workers are very rude at this bank. Branch manager tries to put a game face on but then stabs you in the back. This bank is such a scam. Watch for hidden fees in your account. Seriously go to another bank, much much better banks out there with NO fees AND if fees do exist they expose them!

Michael Pierce1I'm a local business and went in to get change, they told me they could only give change up to a 20.00. Unless I have a account, for a local business that wants my business that will never happen, don't waste the money on sending me your junk mail.
