Robyn Parker5I took my car to Sapaugh today to get the wheels repaired. When I pulled into the service area, I couldn't find anyone to help me, and no signs anywhere to direct me where to go. I thought, "This place has down-graded instead of upgrading with the remodel. They have lowered their standard since last time I was in!" I was really surprised, because that is not like Sapaugh at all. Then, whoops, as usual, I was walking around in a daydream - I had pulled into the wrong dealership by mistake! Now I appreciate Sapaugh even more, after seeing what I might have to put up with if I had to go to the Ford store instead!

Matt Cline1The first time I took my truck to this dealership, it wasn't too bad. I was in a bit of hurry due to a recent relocation so I didn't take a lot of time to check it over once the work had been completed. The next time I went I specifically asked what was included in an "oil lube and filter," they confirmed that it included: changing oil and the filter and lubing the chassis. I had an appointment and after 2 hrs they finally let me know my vehicle was done, then it was determined that the tires were not rotated so I had to sit back down. Then when they brought the truck out again, I looked over the vehicle and this time found that the chassis had not been lubed. Because of timing, I had to come back the next day to have this done (along with some warranty work). Furthermore, when I got home, I realized they didn't adjust air pressure in tires so I had to do that on my own (as front and rear tires are different pressures). I talked to the service manager after all the done and basically all he did was apologize and guaranteed it wouldn't happen again. Trusting that would be true, I recently took my truck back in yet again for another oil, lube, and filter along with roughly $1000 worth of maintenance work. They had the vehicle all day and stated that it would be done by the end of the day. I received a call and was told that it should be done in an hour but that I would receive another call when it was ready - 3.5 hours later, I was contacted and I was advised that I could pick up my truck but that I would have to pay by phone before inspecting the work due to staffing. Based on my previous experience, I opted to wait and pick it up the next day so I could look at it. When I did pick it up, yet again the grease fittings were not lubed. I called their attention to it, they took it back and greased only the 2 fittings that I physically pointed out; NOT the other 7 that should have also been included as part of this process. I called and left a message with the General Manager and never received a call back; the following day someone from the dealership did indeed call me but it was about a coupon I used, not at all to address the issues with the service that was provided. I talked with Mike and Dave in the service department but never got to talk to the GM despite my requests. I asked them "how can you guarantee all of the work I paid for happened when you can't do the simple things like lube the grease fittings" - I could not get a guarantee, only an apology. I will not be taking my vehicle there ever again and I urge you to be aware of how they provide service. If they are not greasing the fittings as they are supposed to, who knows what else they are not doing yet charging you for. I do not trust their work.

Bev Hagan4We bought a brand new 2018 250 HD diesel truck there two years ago to pull our 5th wheel. There was a bumping going on after 34000 miles. My husband took it in and three of the tires steel belts had broken! I believe it was a flaw in the tires. No discount offered! We went to Dobbs Tire and got a better price! The 2 back tires and the 1right front tire were broken.

Charles Hall5My wife and I purchased a Certified Pre-owned Buick from Sapaugh. This was unusual in that we live near Nashville, TN. I found this vehicle on the WEB and from my first inquiry I dealt with Dave (Fish) Fisher. Throughout the entire process, I found Dave to be very thorough and professional. Having spent my working career in Vehicle and Equipment sales, needless to say, I can be very critical with other sales persons. This was not the case with Dave or our experience with Sapaugh. We chose to use a rental car to travel there and and a very nice young man was waiting for us when we turned in the rental. Everything was ready when we arrived at the Dealership allowing us to return home the same day. I was also impressed with their inventory of pre-owned vehicles and their facilities. Having shopped for a car for a long time at many different dealerships, Sapaugh and my salesman Steve went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Steve was very patient when we were checking out cars, keeping everything I wanted in mind, he ever brought around a car they had just traded in earlier that day after checking all the cars out on the lot. The car I bought had a few dents and needed the inside cleaned out as it had just been traded in earlier. Steve pointed out every dent in the car, even ones I did not see. I purchased the car with a promise to have the dents fixed. I took the car home and noticed a few issues with it they would not have been able to see before selling the car. When I took the car back to have to dents fixed, they were able to fix every other issues with the car(theses were issues that are under KIA's warranty but the dealership took it on themselves to fix it so I did not have to deal with a warranty issue). They were able to meet me at an excellent price to stay in my budget(being below the market value for the car), after coming down they still fixed every dent and all the paint(after which I know they did not do well on the car financially). Still after this and not making a ton of money I was very well taken care of and all issues resolved. They care more about making sure you are happy with your new car, they do not only care about taking your money. TLDR; amazing dealership, two cars bought, all cars in future will be bought here!
