  I appreciate the Associates at Tower Loan on Manhattan Blvd #5 Harvey, La. 70058 Reginald and his Staff are very friendly and professional. They are always willing to help me out when needed. The only challenge I think they can improve on is the communication with each other be it notes in the customer's file, etc. If I talked to someone already, I should not have to talk to 2-3 other people about the same thing. It should be noted or read before contacted the client. Other than that small challenge, they are great and I love them! Thank You!

  I was told over the phone that I was approved for the amount I had requested and when I got to the place, the amount was not even what I had asked for. I wish I would’ve known before making the trip.
