  The lady in the store created rapport with me as the customer which goes a long way. She was very thorough, detailed, and very easy to understand in her processes. She was very honest. I would highly recommend the Bienville location.

  Very great and friendly staff. This company/staff understands that’s unexpected things in life happens and will work with your on late payments as long as you keep a good line of communication with them. I’ve had 2 loans with them and will definitely recommend.

  The customer service I received from Ms. Wonda and Ms. Karen I cannot put into words! Wonderful people; helped me tremendously with my loan. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me. I highly recommend them to anybody and I will definitely be back

  Wonderful place to do business! Have always received awesome fast and professional service from this business. All of the employees are awesome! I don’t understand why someone would post a negative review and try to bash someone’s mental health. Ridiculousness

  They are great people who are always willing to help.. I had a problem and they help me solved it less than a hr.. I would recommend this place to anybody if you are looking for great costumer service and a helping hand.

  This place is scam if you ever think i should file my taxes with check advance think again it is not worth the time or the effort filed 8 months ago paid them to do my taxes and never got it told me it would take about three months and that was 8 months ago now everytime i call they give me some run around story about stuff i have to do and paper work i have to fill out to get my taxes so im not even sure why i paid them 50 dollars becausw i never saw one penny of the supposed 2500 i was to get back. Complete rip off should have know better when i went in and the lady behind the desk had pink and teal hair..
