  They will bug the crap out of you if you are one day late. When I say bug you they will call you everyday. After the flood I bought furniture through Ashely and financed it. This is the company they use. I paid the balance off just to get rid of them. If need be I'll go borrow from my bank instead of ever using them. I have excellent credit and don't need them today. After the flood was a different story. Felt vulnerable and didn't know how much money I would have left after rebuilding. Still not finished rebuilding but would rather borrow from somewhere else then have to pay them.

  If I could I would give a zero star rating. This company is a scam. You will end up paying at closer to a 200% interest on the loan. They will also call you every day, 5 to 6 times a day, all from different numbers to tell you that you owe them. I took out a $2000 loan and have paid over $1200 already. They claim I owe them almost $4000 still. How is this even possible at the rate they claim you pay?

  If I could give zero stars I would. Sketchiest place ever. No statements sent every month... Never in my life have I paid bills to a place where I don’t at least receive monthly statements via email or regular mail. It’s almost like they want you to be late on your payments. I will never buy a piece of furniture through Ashley again for this reason.

  They hassle you about getting more money on more loans and then don’t explain anything to you when you have to sign for the check they give you. Their manager sucks and they’re disrespectful. They harassed my girlfriend when she’s not even on the loan. They cussed at my girlfriend when she said she wanted her number taken off and guess what? The manager isn’t going to do anything about it because this company (hardly deserves to be called one) prides itself on screwing people.

  If you are desperate then use this company but go into it eyes wide open. The interest is high and the pay back is usually more than double if you go the entire loan. So if your desperate and I mean realy desperate then do what you must. Otherwise, do not get tangled up with these folks.

  I try to stop by tower loans today but they was not open. Today is Saturday and there business hours are from 8 -12 . I'm at the store at 11 and the business is closed. I came by today to find out why my bill was $70 more this month . I would not recommend this place !!!

  Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone took out a 2000 dollar loan this got transfered to this company without my say so and they got me approved for 500 $ which helped so after the 2500$ I borrowed I had to pay back 6000 dollars then I call after paying over 1300 dollars I ask what my early pay off is so I can be done with them it's 3300. So for me to pay off early way early it's gonna cost me 4700 $ for a 2500 dollar loan .... I was also trying to understand how they was getting the number they were getting while talking to a manager and yes he kept cutting me off mid sentence and it was aggravating me so I cussed and I apologize for that but did not give the manager the right to cuss me out and keep doing it

  Great employees everyone is always so nice. But like anywhere else pay your loan back on time and you will never hear from them!

  Pain in the ass. I took out a 1400 dollar loan and have to pay 3500 back. Its a rip off.
