  The Ladies are very professional. They return my calls in a timely manner each visit or call with them is always a great experience they have never been rude we alway have a great laugh with each interaction its ne er a dull moment and if you are trying to build or even rebuild you credit they work with you

  I've had 2 loans with world finance at the Marksville branch. Both times I went in, did some paper work, answered questions, and within an hr had a check in my hand. At this branch I was told the info was sent to their "manager" and I would get a call back. The whole premise of world finance is that in as little as an hr you could have the money as a check, ready to deposit. As far as I can tell, their practice at this branch is off and if I don't get approved for some made up reason after my credit was hit I won't return.

  They lied about the loan. They said that it would be a chance of me getting approved with all the info looking in good standing. They never called. I called them for them to tell me i wasnt approved. Had me on hold for 15 mins. So my credit got ran for nothing. Now i have a hardship inquiry. They're horrible

  These people are real shady. I filed my taxes through them. Before they have me the tax loan I specifically asked them if they take the full payment upon my refund coming in and they said NO. That was a big fat LIE! Not only did they take the full payment out I never received my state refund back for Mississppi. They also call and harass you if you are late or having difficulty paying. I will never go through them again and I strongly urge no one else do either!!

  These people are non trust worthy. I was approved for a small $400 loan and when i tried to pick it up they wanted my bank Statement so i showed them and they still wouldn't give me my check all because the address on my statement isnt right i even had a new print out with the correct address and the bank teller even left her name and number for them to call and verify but the stupid lady at world finance didnt call her but just told me they dont accept that. The people at world finance are stupid with bad customer service and need to get their place in order . I will never recommend this wack place to anyone.

  I've been dealing with this company for over 10 years never had a problem always came through for me loans,taxes,etc.😀😀
