  Horrible place.! Would not recommend. They want you to have over $3000 in income just to get a loan. Customer service is poor here

  Miss Jenny is awesome okay! Anytime I need help she is there for me. It’s been a year since I first got to work with her and she is still around and still helping me. She gets me in and out in no time. She also is great at building your credit if you need it. I couldn’t be more grateful. You guys have to keep her around. If you see this 🗣 THANX FOR EVERYTHING!!!

  Beware with this company if you fall behind for some of what life throws at us it will be a terrible experience especially when they send Richard Bankston very rude and not willing to work with people to settle a loan . We dont expect to find ourselves in these situations but life sometimes puts us in them especially through covid and him wanting me to go pay the bill in hand. I take care of my father he is elderly and I do not go out very much so he doesn't get sick I guess they can't take payments over phone are money orders this is info I need to know can I sent a money order payment .

  Take the warnings run from these people. My grandma bought a car in 2004 and she needed a cosigner, I was 19 years old barely legal to sign. Here we are 2019 my grandma long passed away in 2008. I was never offered the car I was never told it was behind. I have 6 children and my own bills I'm trying to pay and these people are garnishing my wages now wow really??? I didnt get the car the money or any of it 5000.00 now I'm being garnished for 28,000

  My daughter went to them to borrow money. Due to unforseen circumstances she had to file chap. 13 and when it came to tower credit they did not want to be included in the bankruptcy. Keep in mind now that an assertive effort was being made to try and pay tower credit instead of paying nothing at all. Not being familiar with the bankruptcy court and creditors and no good representation legally speaking they were opted out of the bankruptcy. My daughter' completed her bankruptcy over 6 months ago. Now all of a sudden tower is garnishing her wages for almost 300.00 a pay period. This is a mother with 3 children. TOWER CREDIT IS A HORRIBLE PLACE. DONOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. MY DAUGHTER IS NOW PAYING TRIPLE OF WHAT SHE BORROWED!

  Today I received a notification from my credit monitoring software that there was a credit check done by this company. I live in Texas and have live in Texas for the past 7 years. I did not authorize nor have I done business with these people. They admitted to running my credit and they got my information from a closed loan company that I also have no knowledge of doing business with that has filed bankruptcy and closed. They have messed with the wrong person! To my attorney's office I go for this place committing fraud with people's SSN.

  Great people. They have been nothing more than professional. Tower has given me an extremely amount of rope to hang myself many times over. The reason they may call you days before your loan is due is that they may not want you to incure more late payments. My suggestion is to keep them in the loop of your financial situation and you will find they are very leniate!
