  Atmosphere was friendly sales lady was nice however the merchandise was broken tried to get a refund are replacement nothing never going there again selling broken things.

  I am sorry you are unhappy with your experience. It is our policy to test all merchandise at the time of the sale to ensure it is working to the customer's satisfaction. Unfortunately, when the customer chooses to not have the item tested, it becomes an "as is" sale. We always discourage this as we don't want anyone to be unhappy with their purchase. The very nature of selling second hand/used merchandise necessitates that we have a testing process to protect our customers. Of course, we cannot return items to the manufacturer as big box stores that are selling new merchandise can do. This prevents us from offering a no questions asked return period. We do offer a protection plan for some items.

  I previously gave this place a 4 star quality 4 service and quality of merchandise.. But do to the fact I've been jacked out of $240 from a layaway canceling of 20%. I do understand that I only paid $340 into a ring that was $1200 and a 3-4 month limit. But damn, clearly things come up in life and cancels are necessary. But 2 charge me 20%on the total price and not what I've put into it.... Then none of this was explained prior!! Is kinda like entrapment!!! No worries though. Karma definitely exist! I've been a patron here for 25 yrs.

  Natasha, I am sorry you feel that you were treated unfairly. We do, however, explain our layaway policy to each customer at the time that we start the layaway. We give each customer a receipt with the notice of the restocking fee on the receipt. We also have the layaway policy posted on the wall jus to ensure that there are no misunderstandings. We have the restocking fee because when you place an item on layaway we have pulled the item off of the shelf an cannot sell it to anyone else. We have promised to hold an item that you promised to purchase. When you cancel that promise we have held merchandise that could have sold. We care very much about each customers’s experience in our stores which is why I have my personal cell phone number posted on the wall. If you were unhappy with your situation you should have called me. I feel sure we could have worked out a solution that would have made everyone happy. We certainly wish you you the best.
