  first off, I never answer cold calls. I happen to pick up on this and spoke to a very nice gentleman named Howell about me getting an SBA loan. It seemed I had everything to gain and nothing to lose. I completed all the paperwork and for the next 5months I heard from Howell at least 1 time a week. sometimes we needed to make changes to the application, other times Howell was just checking in. well finally after 5 months I was funded the full amount that Howell initially approached me with. One of the best experiences I have ever had in dealing with financial services. Howell worked on this for months. there were many times I was discourages and Howell kept going. This is the type of person you want representing you and your business. dealing with places when youre trying to run a business can be a nightmare. Howell and his company took care of everything. the commission fee was way worth it. I also got to know other folks in Howell's office and team and have since done other business with them and also very easy to deal with. highly recommended !!! Restored my faith in great old fashioned customer service.

  Howell was truly exceptional. He was a pleasure to work with he always touched base with me on a regular basis and we never felt like we were in the dark throughout our SBA process. We at one point got denied by the SBA and then he worked his magic and our application was resubmitted and we were funded within two weeks. These people know what they're doing they do a really good job and they are totally worth every penny. It can be very difficult to navigate the SBA lending process by yourself I have tried and failed on my own before. I will not hesitate to go back to their firm should I need more lending options from the SBA or other banks in the future.
