  A bank is only as good as the clerks, bankers, and generally, the customer service. None of the above is more than average, occasionally even worse than that. The facility appears to have seen better times. THIS IS AN UPDATE for 2022: The customer relationship has deteriorated below "average", and is no longer acceptable. When trying to reach ANYONE per phone, you are greeted with "we are busy with other customers; call the national bank service..... good-bye". There is no personal answer at any time I tried nor is there an answering machine to leave a message. This is rude and shows the incompetence to maintain a client service. The excuse that this situation is caused by the Corona pandemic is not valid, as there is ample opportunity to prepare for a shortage of personnel at the branch! LOUSY!

  Absolutely the WORST community minded business and bank in Huntington! Despite an empty parking lot between 8:30 and 9:00 am there is a security guard sitting in his car preventing young parents with babies and preschool children from parking across from St. John’s preschool for the 10 minutes they need to drop off their children!!!! My account at this bank has been closed!!

  Went to this Branch after having problem with a Trust Account with Capital One my Bank Met Sophia Espinal relationship banker who helped me during this stressful process Because of her caring and knowledge and helping me in this matter I transferred all my funds to Chase bank and will be my bank in the future Thank you Sophia

  Have been with Chase for over a decade. Service has went from 5-star, to negative 5-star. In every call or visit they come across as if they're doing me, the customer, a favor. Considering the hundreds I spend on banking fees each year, I can see I need to start searching for a new bank that values its customers.

  I want to thank everyone there who has helped me over this past month during a very difficult time. The staff went over and beyond to ensure I was able to complete various transactions, etc. They even contacted a specialist to guide me. They did not rush me and listened to every concern. Thank you again

  Five stars. George and Vanessa helped me out during this weird time (Covid-19). They were open helping people out. Thank you to George and Vanessa and the entire staff at Chase in Huntington.

  Absolutely the worst bank I have ever used. The tellers are rude and the wait time is so long . I will be leaving chase as soon as I can
