  For 3 days now I have tried to make a deposit at the Bank of America at 250 Main St. Huntington on my way into work. Tuesday and Wednesday the drive through and the machine inside were not taking deposits and today the drive through ATM is not working at all. I did not have time to try to drive back around today to try inside. This is not the first time this has happened, it seems to happen a lot at this branch. This is the first time it has been 3 days in a row. Can you maintain your machines please. This bank should be one of your busiest in the heart of Huntington so maybe a little more effort on your end would go a long way to help your customers! None of your financial centers are open at 7:45 in the morning when I am on my way to work, not all of us have bankers hours!

  Wanted to change name as marriage. Christina manager wouldn’t do it as husband was not there. Made appt opening Saturday she assured me it would be minutes. As my husband stated a wasted hour with Ahmed he will never get back. I forgot my cell phone but apparently bank cannot function when we had every single piece of documentation that social security and dmv wanted. Totally incompetent. Now just received my “new” bank card with my previous name. Bank is completely incompetent and very unuser friendly. Please bring back Mala a great manager. I am so annoyed why would I stay with this bank. We are some sort of premier customer, long history and decent funds. I am quite angry about the dreadful service at this branch. You call me to straighten out this mess website so abysmal can’t even make an appointment and why should I spend hours trying to get name change straightened out

  Easy to see right off of Main Street servicing Huntington and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Parking on the Street is available but it fills up fast especially at night and on the weekends. Moderately clean facilities. We will most likely be going back.

  What kind of customer service is that! I waited 10-15 min and nobody even had eye contact with me or asked if I need help. The place was almost empty otherwise. After I came up to a lady she finally said she will be right with me. After that she went to the back. No business today!

  Staff at this branch are always very pleasant and accommodating. The manager and her staff continue to assist as best as possible with my concerns, as well as my needs. Thank you Christina Reyes, manager and staff for making my banking always a positive experience.
