  Total Lending Concepts are the kindest people to work with, Tandi Bolt is great at communicating what she needs and what you need for buying a home. She made this experience so smooth and painless compared to what it can be. We would use her ten times over. She worked tirelessly to make our dream come true making sure everything was in line, we wouldn't have a home if it wasn't for her and her team.   Tandi Bolt is Awesome !!! She's very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her customers. Her experience shows. She provided us with several options for our home loan.   Many of us dread making large purchases like homes or refinancing a current mortgage because of paperwork, time limits and such. Tandi Bolt made our new home purchase so easy!! She filled out our loan application for us in a few short office visit and we were required to provide minimal paperwork. Tandi was always available and easy to contact.
