  I would and Do recommend Rob Hankins and his team! Before I became a Real Estate agent we were referred to Rob for a quick unexpected preapproval letter. Not only was Rob extremely responsive...he was responsive on a Holiday! Now, as a Real Estate agent, I refer my clients to Rob and I have received all positive remarks. Rob is not only responsive but he is honest, knowledgeable, patient with new buyers and agents and fun to work with. One of the things I respect about Rob is that he is open and forthcoming with clients and he doesn't try to oversell them on a loan that isn't right for a client. Thank you Rob and Team!

  This was the best experience working with a lender we have ever had! We worked with Alex and I would highly recommend him.   John Spencer at Total Home Lending is very knowledgeable about the process of getting into a home. First time home buyers, he is the one to meet! He was very helpful with my Daughter giving her advise on how to raise her credit score. With Johns help, she will soon be looking and buying her first home..very happy for her. Thanks John!

  Total Home Lending did a wondferful job with my mortgage from start to finish. The entire mortgage experience was smooth and my loan officer Dave walked me through each step of the process and made purchasing a home a breaze. I currently work for a large bank and had every opportunity to use the employee lending team who gave me both incentives to my interest rate and closing costs, but Total Home Lending was still able to provide me with a more competitive deal and at the same time make purchasing a home a wonderful experience.   I had quite a few hoops to jump through to buy my first home but Benjie Vista at Total Home Lending helped me each step of the way! Even when I had a huge furnace issue that almost made me lose my house, Benjie and my Realtor (Lesley Hodge) worked together to get me to the closing table! I am so thankfully for everything they did for me!

  Alex Ibrahim, who is the branch manager is your go to guy. Calm, cool and collected under pressure. He is prompt in his replies and always answers questions completely and in a way you can truly understand; since this might not be your specialty. His is competent, yet personable, during what can be a stressful process. We close Monday! Yay!
