  This is now our second purchase from Torrington Toyota and we couldn’t be happier. We had picked out what 4 runner we wanted and Tee had it all ready for us when we arrived. During this covid-19 times they made it easy to sign paperwork and we were out the door within minutes. Every employee we have dealt with have been extreme helpful and kind. We will be back for sure!

  Great people, great experience. The staff are welcoming and very easy going. The car model I wanted was not in stock and they located one quickly and sent someone to pick it up next day. Gil (salesman), Danny (sales manager), and Damon (finance manager) were helpful and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Torrington Toyota.

  I have been a loyal customer of Torrington Toyota since 1998 when I purchased my first new car; a Toyota Corolla. Over the past 20 years, I have referred friends and family members to Torrington Toyota time and time again without hesitation. Not surprisingly they are very happy repeat customers like me. I recently made my third purchase which was a Toyota 4Runner. The customer service that was provided by the staff from service to sales to the financing departments is never anything short of AMAZING. I cannot thank Dave, Tee and Joe enough for all of their assistance and the “Red Carpet” experience. You guys are simply the BEST-thank you so very much!

  Torrington Toyota was the best car buying car buying experience I've had in in over 25 years of buying cars, both new and used. I got a *great* deal on a fantastic truck and Tee (my salesman) and Dave made it very easy by wokring around my schedule and had everything ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. To top it off, they beat the financing I came in with a better rate through one of the lenders they work with. I had to drive over an hour each way and I'd do it again in a second. Thanks again to the helpful and friendly folks at Torrington Toyota!

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience today at Torrington Toyota! Larry was an amazing sales man to work with! The processes was seamless and I am just so in love with my new highlander! I even had the opportunity to meet the owner Dave and all i have to say is it is refreshing to come across such a down to earth owner that made me feel so comfortable. I feel horrible for not remembering the finance guys name but he as well was amazing! I knew driving up to Torrington would be worth it! Thank you all for getting me and my family in our new vechile :)

  Our first time buying a new car, Larry was very helpful and understanding of what we were looking for (RAV4 hybrid) and didn't try to convince to something we didn't need. Tim in financing walked us through the process and helped us understand everything clearly. In addition both were very patient and we purchased a month to the day of our visit to the showroom. Both my mother and brother have purchased from this dealership and have had nothing bad to say. Thanks to Torrington Toyota for helping our growing family!

  I would like to compliment Tee Hamzy for the great help he has given not only helping me but also a family member & friend in choosing a car.   This is the absolute best dealership I have ever been to in my life! All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Within the first few seconds of entering I was greeted and my needs were heard, right away we sat down and within minutes I was sitting in the exact type of vehicle I was looking for. Dan listened to my specific needs; how much I could afford for monthly payments, how much I was willing to put down on a loan, the year I wanted the vehicle, mileage ect. There are NO gimmicks at this dealership! They explain everything to you up front; no hidden fees no extra taxes, nothing. And I also was NOT pressured to give out any personal information until I was ready to make a deal unlike other dealerships I’ve dealt with. Everything is set out right in front of you and explained very thoroughly. They work with you and they want you to leave with the vehicle of your dreams and they will put in the sweat and effort to do so. I can’t explain in words how amazing everyone was. From the general sales manager, financing department, and both sales consultants I met, I was truly impressed. Dan was even able to cut my car insurance in half!!!!!!!! It went from $560 to $236! I was able to use the money I would be saving in the long run to add on a warranty for my vehicle. Not to mention they gave me top dollar for my trade in! This dealership is THE BEST! I would never go or recommend anyone to anyone else. Thank you Torrington Toyota!

  I love the staff at Torrington Toyota, we are on our 4th car from them and the quality of their customer service has never wavered. Dave, Damon and Tee have always gone above and beyond with seemingly eternal patience. Tee has been especially helpful, making sure we were satisfied and that all of our concerns and or questions were answered. His bright personality and genuine smile are always a plus and he has never made us feel pressured or unappreciated as a customer. He's amazing. We will NEVER purchase a car from anywhere else.
