  I have been coming here since 2011. The staff have ALWAYS been professional and polite. Always greeted with a smile. They have given me a fair price so much so when I moved over an hour away and went to a local pawn when I was living and they offered me nothing!! Well 20$ I laughed, I said I would rather drive 45 minutes to Brookside in Plainville CT!! That is what I have done. They have always helped me and when you are a single mom and need extra money to keep things going they are always there to help. I have also purchased Jewelry from them that is fantastic prices, A friend of mine now goes there for her shopping needs and bought a tablet that she loves. I have told many people to come here because they are fair, Good pricing and honest!

  THE WORST AND MOST DISGUSTING PAWN SHOP THE OLD LADY IS VERY RUDE AND WAS BEING SARCASTIC AND DISRESPECTFUL ASKING IF I DIDN'T KNOW ANYONE TO SELL MY STUFF TO AND WHY IM SELLING IT HERE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AWFUL PEOPLE THATS WHY THERE REVIEWS SUCK

  Brookside pawn is known to lie to you about the quality of your own product. They will try to tell you your stuff is fake even when you have the receipts. They are a prime example of who NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH IN THIS TOWN

  very disappointed with how I was treated. Wouldn't recommend this pawn shop to ANYONE. other shops in town our way better priced and have courteous staff. NOT RECOMMENDED

  Very rude to customers. the lady that works there needs a major attitude adjustment. don't go here. way better shops in other parts of town that won't call you names

  Went there and tried out a bass and it was way out of tune and she wouldn't let me tune it. Kind of had an attitude too and thought she was a know it all

  Every time I go here they refuse to buy anything the reason being that it wouldn't sell, even though everything I've brought there is stuff they sell
