  I’ve been a member much of my life and they have always treated me well. Staffing shortages have been the norm for many businesses throughout COVID, not much they could do about that. They really are on track now with a great team!! Wonderful customer service.

  Very poor customer service. Have asked for a zip code change 3 times and it is still not changed. I've been on hold qith customer service for over 10 minutes just to let them know I am traveling. The branch is always super busy it seems and they don't ever seem to have someone only on the drive through either which makes it super slow. I do business with Bell Bank as well and they have way better service! Even their app is better.

  Been with them a long time and have NEVER had any issues. They are extremely helpful and they go put of the way to get you what you need.

  they always double take out my money and they will not fix it. don’t recommend this bank

  Had to stop in this one a couple of years ago. I had good service. However this area is to small for a service like this. Was really hard getting into and out of the parking lot.

  Not enough staff. Lined up out of the building for inside service and around the block for drive through service. Drive through line is blocking street and residential access.

  Sloooow service. If this is best of the credit unions in the twin cities I'd hate to see the worst. I do most of my banking with another bank.
