  Daniel Bove is by far the BEST guy to work with when you want to purchase a house! He goes above and beyond like no one I've ever worked with. I HIGHLY recommend him if anyone is looking to buy a house. He is definitely the reason I was able to get mine and is just an all around super nice guy!

  Wendy my sweet Wendy!!! She is the absolute best at what she does! I began the process of purchasing my first home in May of this year after being introduced to Wendy. The entire process was very overwhelming and stressful BUT when I say Wendy took a lot of the pressure off of me it sounds like an understatement if only you knew!! She made what seemed to be impossible every bit of possible! If one thing did not work she stayed up late nights and woke early mornings to find a way to make it work. I wanted to give up many times and expressed it just may not be my time to her. Her response over and over was NO I’m not giving up on you ! She was like an additional mother to me through this process with me being only 25 years old she educated me and really was the guidance I needed I could not see this being accomplished with any other loan officer!! Right along with her husband Mark as my realtor they got me in my home that I love and treated me as if I was their own! It wasn’t just about selling a home it was giving me the chance to love what I worked hard for! Wendy still checks on me and my children to make sure we still love it. While letting me know I did this but I say WE did this!!! Thank you so much Wendy for being every bit of who you are that’s what makes you soooo amazing!!   If your realtor suggests this lender-find another. While I had a so so experience there are better companies out there. I felt my officer was nice and was there for me but he was all over the place. He talked fast and he talked in circles in my opinion. As a first time home buyer he did answer my questions but it was still confusing at times. I asked for it to be in writing so I could re read the information and go over it better. He did it under protest explaining that he does better speaking than typing. Why if its in writing you can't backtrack? Also my paperwork had the wrong figures . His reason a new under writer, I understand that right now its a busy time for his business but you or someone should review everything before it goes out?

  Wendy helped me refinance my home for the first time. The process was seamless. Wendy was very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to help me get a lower rate and a lower monthly payment and STILL received a nice chunk of change for remods! Highly recommend Wendy with Top Flite!
