  Just went in to refinance my 2021 Chevy Tahoe, the process was seamless and quick. Started on monday, signing papers on friday. Great rate from 4.29% to 1.89% with auto pay. Plus reduced my term of the previous loan by 18 months by only increasing my payment $40 a month. So end result was a savings on the vehicle payments by about $15,000. So, well woth it. No issues with any of the requirements that are needed, just like any othe loan. Staff was awesome as well. I dealt with Elizibeth at the Clinton Township location. Kind, courteous and professional !! Thank you !!!!

  SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE START TO FINISH❤️ My boyfriend and I had to pull out a loan and we had Hope help us with the process and was so wonderful, kind, helpful and persistent. She called me when things needed to be done and answered my questions very well with such patience! She is a wonderful worker thank you so much for all you did to help us!! I would refer this place to anyone🥰 the whole business is wonderful I even had Lizzy help us as well when she wasn’t available we got such kindness and we felt comfortable to open a loan since it was our first time!! Such a great place to pull a loan super happy with this experience!!! ❤️

  Kristin Lynn the Branch Manager was so very helpful!! I’m new to the area and wanted to open an account. Not only did she help with this but also gave some insightful answers to questions that I had about a consolidation loan and didn’t make me feel silly for asking! I highly recommend this location!!!

  I went to Genisys because i needed a loan for my car. It was my first time getting a loan and they made it super easy for me! The app is user friendly and is really convenient to have. I've been waiting for this branch to open near me and here it is! Everyone there is super helpful and polite. Sarah has been my banker ever since it opened and she's been great!!! Whenever i call about a question she's always there and has some of the best customer service I've experienced with a bank. This place definitely deserves 5 stars.

  I recently re-financed my vehicle I bought a little over a month ago and with the great help and guidance from Alyssa, I was able to lower my interest rate nearly 3%! I have worked with a lot of credit unions in my profession, and I would highly recommend Alyssa and Genisys above all else!

  I'm so happy I have found genisys for my banking needs! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They even tried to help me get a refinance on a loan, but unfortunately I wasn't able to due to my own financial stresses that I was already aware of. Even so,they gave me ideas on how to fix my credit and I'll hopefully be able to try again soon. I also love that my funds from my work checks are available the same day, unlike a regular bank. Overall, genisys has been a great addition to my area and I'm so glad I switched!

  Online banking app needs SERIOUS improvement. For a Credit Union with this asset size, I would expect more. My little sister is young, but learning how to balance her account. Keeping track of her own transactions is one thing(as you should never just rely on technology to keep track of your transactions and balances for you), however to debit fees from her available balance with no fee listed in her e-banking, is VERY confusing to a member. Because there is no memo posted, or fee posted, the money is then just debited from her available, with no reason why. How is a consumer supposed to do determine where that money has gone? If there is enough time to charge a fee and debit the amount from her available funds, then why isn't there enough time to list that reason so she can see where those funds went? Not to mention, it never showed her balance going negative in the first place. I like Genisys for the low rates, however they are very outdated in their technology and their service. Last time I was in a branch, a manager was needed just to opt out of Regulation E. The teller wrote down her account number on a sticky note, and took it to someone to assist with this change. Went back to my car, forgot I had to withdraw some cash, wait in line again, get the same teller and I can literally see the account number clearly in plain sight...what happened to the clean desk policy? Security over the phone was almost non existent. SSN and name was given-and the advisor on the phone gave us access to everything-even unlocked her online account for us, without asking and security questions, yet you can't even obtain a balance on the phone. I understand this may be for security to limit phishing, however being able to unlock an e-banking account, but not give a balance is quite ironic. Get it together Genisys, been with you for years and I usually always refer people to you for loans, but your e-service and technology needs improvement. I am not sure if you created your own e-banking, or if you go through a vendor, but let's get some updates in here-definitely large enough to afford a much needed upgrade. If this isn't an e-banking issue, but just a Genisys policy-maybe it's time this sneaky procedure is reviewed.

  We worked with Alyssa to get an auto loan and she was so helpful. We needed to get it done super fast, had a couple hiccups on our end, but she was so nice and understanding and made this process super easy! Everyone at this location was very nice and helpful as well.
