  Michael is more than amazing! His knowledge of this industry is beyond impeccable. Whenever we didn’t understand something he made sure we had the proper information from all angels.   Elementary Lending just helped us do what most people thought was impossible. We just bought a building and business so we did not have regular W-2s. Because of this, every bank told us it wasn’t possible to buy a house right now. Mike went above and beyond to make it happen and make the process as stress free as possible. Thanks to him and everyone at Elementary Lending we are moving into our new home tomorrow! He was absolutely wonderful through the whole process and I cannot recommend him or the company enough!   I used Elementary Lending when I originally purchased my house and I just recently completed a refinance using them as well. The process was smooth from start to finish.
