Eric Shepard1Everytime I call any of the number, the 1800 number or each store, I'm constantly hung up on without even connecting. The very rare time I do get through, the prompts aren't what they say they are. It's beyond frustrating when trying to fix an issue or get a loan. They collect so much money and yet can't even have a working phone system.

onionknight441Phone prompts are not helpful for contacting customer service representatives or for sending authorization codes to phone over email nexus the email wasn't coming through. Customer service ignored issues presented until a supervisor was asked for and then suddenly after about 8 minutes of asking for a text authorization code and only getting told that he was sending an email, he finally asked if we would like to receive a text with the authorization code. Before that he interrupted multiple times to give answers for problems we weren't asking about and kept trying to have us go to Microsoft to fix an outlook problem. It felt as if he didn't want to do anything about helping us receive a text and just wanted to make us do extra work so he wouldn't have to (by the way, the account is set to send text authorization over email to begin with). Absolutely awful service from the New York office

David Lesinski5I had a wonderful experience and was able to be accommodated with a last minute request. Irena was extremely friendly, polite, prompt and accommodating of my request and made something possible that was not at other locations. While not always the case during COVID times, where lines are long and pleasantries are often forgotten, Irena was able to make my day a little better and easier. Though they could still use more tellers to make lines shorter.

Kristy Vitale1I have been a BOA client for the last 10 years I always try to stay loyal to my vendors. Last week I went in to this branch wanting a vehicle loan, I sat down with Eddie who was nice but very uninformative when I asked questions, he seemed not to know much about about the car loans or any other program they offer. I filled out the application and was approved right away, after sitting at the bank for over 3 hours wondering when I was going to get the funds for the dealership they reassured me I would have access to these funds asap so I can run to the dealership to drive the car home. What made this process so bad was it was my hubbies birthday and I was doing something special for him, the branch was beginning to close and I could feel the tension building with the bank staff on why the funds were not available. Irina the bank manager who I believe was the worst out of them all came over to tell me if I leave the branch I will get the funds in my account in the next hour or so. I mean she is the manager so you would think you could trust her. There is so much more to the story the lies, the deceptiveness just to get the loan credit was disappointing. Never go to this bank for any of your loan needs all they will do is try to make the sale and not care about your experience. They lost a customer I will be moving all money slowly from this bank ...

Carlo Maceri1Horrible bank that charges exorbitant and multiple fees at the drop of a hat. When cashing a check, they make you wait 30 minutes for some kind of an approval to cash a check if you do not have an account there. Terrible service and a bad place to start a small business because they will hammer and murder you with fees! Changed to Huntington and have never looked back.

S M1Unprofessional! The guy who is a bank teller at this location is Unprofessional, he started mentioning how much I have in my accounts in the front of the other customers. Whatever I have in my accounts should be between me and the bank only!

Steve Boudagh1Not what expect from a bank branch.. Needed a manager approval for certified chack.. The ask me to wait 20 minutes because the manager is busy.. . went to branch 14 & Ryan.. Manager was actually behind tge counter helping the teller and people. Shame.
