  Very rude people to begin with. They try to rip pawners off by looking at eBay end auction prices. Would not even take our computer simply because it was Windows 7. Would only let us pawn a $1,000 photography setup for $150. The woman was extremely rude. She has no clue what she's doing. Terrible experience. Please refrain from visiting this location. There are better pawn shops.

  Top Dollar Pawn is by far "Top Pawn Brokers" in Colorado all together! They're knowledgeable about most everything they Buy, Sell or Trade on, and believe me, if they aren't sure about something (which is few and far between) they will find out all they need to know and give you the best deal for you buck or product. If you hear someone say something derogatory about them is only because they were wanting a million dollars for something not even worth 5 bucks not because they are trying to take advantage of their customer's!!! So in saying that "Top Dollar Pawn" gets 5 stars from this customer and if I could I would give them a Million Stars!!!

  Sold us a safe with the wrong key, after spending an hour running between our shop and thiers we took the safe back. We're given a refund by a young pregnant clerk who told us if we told anyone she gave us cash back she would kill us because she would get fired. We still acted civil, and told them to call us when they find the key. We received a call 10 minutes later notifying us they found the key... but that they sold it too cheap and had to raise the price. Needless to say we are no longer going to frequent this UNETHICAL pawn shop. They can keep the safe and thier shotty business tactics. The 4th street and hwy 50 stores both are a waste of time and money. Stick with EZ PAWN OR MISTER MONEY.

  I've been dealing with Top Dollar on Hwy. 50 since 2008. I've never had any issues/problems at all with them. Yes, sometimes employees can seem rude or short, but think of how many people go in there & give them problems cause they're down on their luck. Is that an excuse for the sometimes unprofessional attitude, no, but let's see you deal with ignorant people all day, every day. I've bought items, sold them items & have pawned items. I tell others to use this pawn shop & will continue to do so.

  They're a pawn shop, so you already know they're swindlers. Be prepared to be offered maybe 1/4th the amount that your item is worth. If you're lucky, you might be able to get them up to 1/3rd your item's value, but probably not. It's insulting, but that's how pawn shops work. Mostly junk inventory at a location that's super irritating to get in/leave onto highway 50.

  Would give it zero stars but sadly that's not an option. The customer service is horrible. After buying a chain saw, the owner told us to try it and see if we liked it. She also said she would refund if need be. Long story short, it didn't work! She accused us of doing a job with it and taking it back after, she was extremely rude and didn't keep her word on refunding. We will not be returning.

  Like to know what happen to this pawn shop I drive down from Oklahoma to look at their rifles. Have bought several in the past since the remodel the guns are so far back from the counter you can’t see anything. And get anyone to help you. Then to top it off a lady that works there doing the vapping thing and stinks like hell. Don’t care to visit this place any more

  I really like this place. It has maybe about 1,000sqf of showroom. Alot of stuff including my knives which were not snarp but you get what you pay for. I'm assuming it's family owned and operated with a second location. Came in to check out their AR's but walked out with two cheap knives. I spent quite some time looking around and came to the conclusion that this pawn shop is a hotspot and doesn't seem like it never run out of customers. Will be back soon to check out more AR's.

  Lol. I’m surprised they have any stars this place feeds the criminals of our sort of pueblo and springs. You walk in and all you see is a bunch of hipsters look at you like your some kind of low life. Yet they are the low lifers taking nothing but stolen stuff from all the thieves in oueblo and springs. I’ve seen people go into Home Depot steel something and drive it to them and they know it’s stolen yet they give them money for it. They have tons upon tons of brand new things that anyone walking I knows without a doubt it’s stolen. While the owner and all the hipsters follow you to see what you are steeling. It’s really ironic they k is they take stolen things yet they are afraid of someone stealing from them. Dorks. The owner will take. Manything yoh pick up and ask you to give it to her cause she’s afraid of you steeling it. She straight up says it too no shame. I guarantee she has a list of things she needs that she gives the criminals to supply her. All while she follows you and smokes her stupid vape lol. Really? Hahaha. I will buy new. Before I go there again. Actually wait I will never step foot in that place again. I don’t even look like a thief. Haha. This place no wonder they have lots of enemies in pueblo.

  This place will rip you off. lie to you, and then blame you for it all. Do not pawn anything you value, because they will find a way to get it and keep it. Then they'll treat you like crap, right after they just screwed you. First they won't give you nearly what they should, then they charge 20%! OMG It is a wonder anybody gets their stuff back, then it is only 60 days that they will hold it, not 90. Glad I learned before I purchased my Glock, I'd have probably gotten some junk "Used" weapon.
