  They lie to you on the phone to get you to come in. When you get there you're greeted by two rude, morbidly obese women talking about testicles and having their own crude conversation right in front of you while they pretend to be busy on the computer. Unprofessional and trashy. edit to the owner: no thank you!! I already got my dream pickup from SOUTHWEST MOTORS, where they know how to treat customers with dignity and respect! You could learn a thing or two from them about customer service!!

  Went to the pueblo location and had a terrible experience.the branch manager cora was so rude.she took our info and said that we olny got approved for 1 car.i know our credit aint the best but 1 car.i asked her how much the car was and she would not answer me. Ive never been treated so badly by a car salesperson. I will never go back there just a waste of time.

  Stopped to look at vehicles and the customer service is just not here. Completely unwilling to even show a car unless u are financed first. So basically, this company wants to see your financial worth and than c how much car they can sell u. Ripoff

  Lucky to get a two!! Car Hop in general is a tarable place to work with, they call twice sometimes three times when you are a day late on payment....will never work with car Hop again ever!!!!

  Friendly. Efficient. Excellent at explaining their system. Not your typical car loan, works differently. Great for bad credit or young adults needing to build credit.

  My girlfriend recently bought a car here and they basically screwed her over. They saw two women walking into their lot and took advantage of it. The KBB value of her vehicle was half of what she paid. Awful awful would never recommend to anyone. In fact I will be telling everyone I know not to go here.
