  We have been doing business with this company for 10 years. Don Medina has always taken very good care of us, finding the best rates and deals for us. He called us to tell us about a great VA mortgage rewrite that saved us a lot on our mortgage payments. The company is great and Don is the best!

  MSF is a great lender to work with. Rose C has helped us purchase 2 homes, and I will request her again in the future. She is professional, knowledgeable and really listens to your needs. Answered all of my questions and very courteous. I would highly recommend MSF!

  WORST Mortgage company! so me and my husband filed for a mortgage in March. Didn't close on our house until the middle of may. They changed our closing date 6 times. they just made excuse after excuse why they were changing the closing date. Witch made our seller furious. so we had our seller contact the mortgage company and they called our seller names and, our abstract lady that balanced and closed for them in the town we live in. Charged us 2,000 dollars for a appraisal and they never even showed up to look at the house. Absolutely worse mortgage company I have ever dealt with I will never go through them again.

  I had the privilege of having Don Medina as my Loan officer. He kept me up to date every step of the way and even stayed late a few times so I could stop by after I got off work to drop off needed paperwork. I would definitely recommend this office and will use them the next time I decide to buy a home
