  If you are looking to buy something -if you can find something-they are great. If you want to pawn something I would not recommend. Other pawn shops will send a courtesy notice that your interest is due so you won’t “lose” your belongings. This pawn store prefers you forget. I’ve lost more than two items and the third item-when I went to pawn it and explained I had lost other items-the clerk told me they would work with me and I wouldn’t lose this item. Guess who lied. Miss it by a day-bend over!! Additionally they require cash for all transactions. Other Pawn stores allow you to use your debit Won’t be coming back here for anything.

  Not sure if their uneducated or just have bad business practices, they offered me almost 1/3 scrap value on gold. I have been going to the one on wells branch for 15 years now, they are a much better option

  Highly disappointed... For the 3rd time I have come to this shop, looking to convert some of my belongings into cash. The first time, we could not agree on a price for a unique firearm... it was out of the usual, and most likely not the kind of item that their local customer are actively searching for... market demands are fickle, no hard feelings. The second time was to liquidate some old jewelry I no longer wanted, the pricing was not full scrap value, but they have overhead and expenses, and the ability to send it to a processor, that I do not. and besides, 70%-80% of scrap value is a fair price in the market. I was happy to do the deal. Today, I had some additional jewelry, and naturally, I went to a location that had dealt fairly with me in the past. and besides gold is UP, nearly 50% higher than the last time I had jewelry to sell. I was beyond insulted at the offer... literally $0.40 on the dollar to current scrap prices. The offer was LOWER than the offer (based on weight) from over a year ago, when gold was 50% cheaper. I mentioned that I was aware of what the current scrap value was on each piece, and the manager simply replied... "we pay a percentage of scrap value", without letting me finish my sentence. I fully understand that I will not get full scrap value from a transaction with a pawn shop or other "we buy gold" location, but calling a less than 1/2 price offer, a "percentage" is insulting to an informed customer. I understand that business may be down from COVID and other ongoing issues... but do not try to make up any business losses by abusing the trust of your customers.

  Came in looking for a firearm that I could use for work. Very nice staff, clean building, and to be honest the prices are amazing. Was helped by Thomas today and he made sure everything was filled out perfect and no mistakes were made. Also, helped me find the perfect firearm for work!

  Amazing store. I visited one location in Austin and the manager met my budget on a Smart TV. The other item I was searching for he found at this location in Pflugerville. Not only did it look New, Thomas, the manager I think, beat even the online deals. Both stores were clean, and looked like a retail store, nothing cheap looking or dirty. I visit Pawn Shops all the time. This is my new go-to first place.

  These guys are AWESOME! Their customer service and welcoming demeanor is outstanding! Thomas, the manager, is by far the best manager of an establishment me & my family have ever run across. We will be returning customers for sure!

  My first experience Was very pleasant, and I will be going again. The manager and other staff member were extremely polite, helpful, fair, and friendly. Also they have a vast selection of great looking products

  I admittedly was running late this evening. I showed up 20 minutes before closing. That, however, is NEVER an acceptable reason to flat out refuse to do your job. "I don't have the time to test that" was the response given to me when I asked about purchasing a $700 (don't get me started on their excessive overpricing) car amplifier. I was finally allowed to do it myself and test it in my vehicle....while another employee stood around outside watching me....instsad of hooking it up inside and actually doing a job. Rude employees, excessively overpriced items, and the damn amplifier didn't even work, so I lost an hour of my life driving up here from south of Travis county. What a waste.

  Had a great stop in there today to get a small tv. Thomas was very kind and attentive and helped me figure out which was the best option. Happy to see a friendly pawn shop just around the corner!

  One star is too good for them! They pose as individuals posting on craigslist and will make you a deal! Only to find out when you show up that you have to pay tax! Talk about bait and switch! Avoid them at all costs!
