  Nicole was seriously amazing. She worked incredibly hard to get us refinanced with my husband having a low credit score. She told us exactly what we needed to do to bring up his score and get it done. She was incredibly responsive and never made me question anything. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She even went on vacation to Hawaii and made sure she still helped us and worked on our loan while on vacation. I never would have expected that of her, or anyone. She really did go above and beyond. I appreciate her so much. 10/10 would recommend Nicole Walters to help you with your mortgage needs.

  Nicole, was great to work with. One of the best loan officers I have worked with throughout all my home buying experiences.(5 homes) Due to health issues We had a very different circumstance than the everyday buyers, She knew exactly what we needed and how to get it done. She is very knowledgeable with excellent communication, She kept us informed from initial phone call all the way through closing.. We highly recommend.

  Nicole has been so incredible to work with what a pleasure. Nicole is so kind and worked harder for us than anyone I have ever met. We was told by another loan officer that this purchase was going to be nothing short of impossible in November 2019 and it just so happens Nicole was able to make the impossible happen. This home purchase was so seamless and the easiest I have ever experienced I had no idea a purchase could be this flawless. Nicole is so professional and personable she is quick to respond and answered all our questions. To feel this supported and have someone truly in your corner in such an important event in our lives was priceless.
