  I would highly recommend Todd Davidson for anyone looking for a mortgage. We shopped several lenders for rates and he was the most competitive. He guided us through the process every step of the way, always quick to answer the phone or call back quickly. Our builder saw they could make more money by selling our house to someone else and attempted to force an early close. I am confident that Todd’s experience and responsiveness were the only reasons we were able to complete the purchase of our home. We are forever in his debt.

  Todd was really great to work with. We were new to the area and really didn't have any idea what we were getting into. As we went through the qualification process we had several questions about what our loan would look like. Todd took time out of his schedule to walk us through everything and make sure we understood exactly what we were getting. Once approved, and we brought up additional questions, he once again took time to make sure we were happy with everything and walked us through different scenarios. He was very communicative throughout the whole process of what we would need to make our loan go through as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Todd and his expertise he provides.

  Thank god for Todd! Let me tell you, my boyfriend and I are first time home buyers and we had A LOT of questions. I mean, we questioned everything. We had no idea what we were doing. And then we found Todd... He was SO patient with us and answered every single question we had. He also would explain everything to us to help us understand the process. We felt very taken care of. Todd worked so hard for us, finding us the best rates and giving us the best advice. We definitely put him through the ringer and I can't thank him enough for his kindness and patience. I would recommend Todd to anyone!

  My fiancé and I decided to work with Todd after being referred through out real estate agent. We had previously started with another lender, but after a few lackluster phone calls, we decided we were not happy and wanted to switch lenders. Todd contacted us immediately and was enthusiastic about working hard for us and the process of buying a new home. Buying a home- especially in this market- is a challenging and stressful process, and it makes an enormous difference to have people on your side who stay motivated and encouraging throughout. Todd was just that, and discussed many various avenues and processes with us so that we could make an informed decision about our purchase. After each purchasing a home, John and I both felt relatively knowledgeable about our undertaking, but Todd was able to bring many new ideas to the table that neither of us were aware of. We also lost a considerable amount of offers before finally landing a home, and Todd was invested with each price difference and the accompanying steps including down payment, mortgage insurance, etc. It was incredibly helpful to have such a knowledgeable, practical, and punctual lender working with us during this procedure. With all the steps involved in home buying today, I would only be satisfied working with a lender who was invested in my happiness and satisfaction. Todd was an ideal partner for us!

  When going in to purchase a home, I had no clue what I was doing and didn't really understand anything about the process. My brother-in-law recommended Todd Davidson to me, so I applied for a loan and decided to just jump in, feet first, and figure it out as I go. Honestly, I was SOOO overwhelmed with everything that kept coming back to me and none of it made sense... Todd was SOOO patient with me and helped me navigate EVERYTHING (even the simplest things). He was so quick to get information back to me and throughout the process, I quickly learned that if I need help with any of it, he was just a phone call away. Honestly, Todd made the home buying process a lot less stressful and would 100% refer everyone I know to him.

  I wouldn't typically refer to a refi as an enjoyable experience but Todd Davidson made it just that. Todd was efficient, timely and responsive. I felt as though I was working with a friend who always had my best interest in mind. If you're looking to refi, I would highly suggest working with Todd. I have no doubt he will take great care of you!
