  David made buying our first home a quick and easy process. From the day we put in our offer to the day we closed (31 days) he was always in contact with us and is great at explaining every step of the process. Anytime we had questions we could call or text him and he would quickly respond. We definitely plan on telling everyone we know to call David when they need his services.

  I watched David walk my son through what was proving to be a difficult situation during a Re-fi. David listened to the whole story and at the end of their initial conversation simply said “I can help with that”. And he did. We were so impressed with his effort and knowledge and excellent communication through out the whole process. Would definitely recommend again and again. Thank you David!

  I was very lucky to meet David Carpenter through our real estate agent Brad Amundson. We had a lot of hurdles to overcome as first time homebuyers. It was an overwhelming and exhausting process but I wholeheartedly believe that without David‘s help we would’ve never been able to have bought a home.   You are in great hands with David. He is committed and responds very fast to any and all questions. He is honest and knows how to get things done. There are no processing or underwriter fees - this alone sealed the deal for my family when deciding to work with David on our refinance.
