  Tni was the seller’s agent for our first home, and she seems to be a strong advocate for her clients. However, she is very difficult to work with on the buyer’s end. When we discovered during negotiations that the pipes were mostly original, we requested more time for investigations and for the sellers to replace some of the piping. Tni stopped negotiations with us and demanded we complete our investigations if we wanted the house. As that we did, we agreed as the sellers had agreed to other generous contingencies. Less than two weeks after we moved in, the plumbing started backing up, and we found out that an Orangeburg pipe (which was not disclosed although the sellers said they scoped the lines) was broken, and it would cost $6500 to replace. Tni claims our inspector broke the line and that the sellers had no idea about the Orangeburg pipe or the plumbing issue. We are still dealing with this issue a year on, and working with Tni continues to be a nightmare. So, for sellers, Tni is a wonderful agent; for buyers, she is difficult to work with.

  Tni has been our family Realtor for years, she's helped and guided me in buying and selling my second home and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase. I was recently looking for a home in a great neighborhood to raise my two boys with a nice size backyard, and spacious floorplan and she DELIVERED! This past year she got us into our forever home! I don't think I will move again, it was everything I asked for and then some! As I sit in my sunroom looking at my fruit trees, I know I ended up in the best home possible for my family. She listens to what you need and she searches for the best home for your family. Without a doubt Tni, is the best in the Central Coast! If you are looking for someone with extensive experienced, knowledgable in real estate and not to mention her law background is also a bonus! Tni is also a real estate investor herself so she knows which houses are worth your investment. Buying a house is a huge purchase and you need someone who puts your interests first.   Tni is the best realtor that we could have asked for. The moment we met her we knew she was the one. She gave us amazing, honest advice and helped us find the perfect home. During the purchasing process she had to help the sellers too because the home we purchased was for sale by owner. It was like having two realtors for the price of one! During escrow I asked a million questions and texted her daily. She was so wonderful and responsive I felt like we were her only clients.   We were looking for a home in Santa Maria’s carriage district. We were fortunate to have met Tni. She is a very knowledgeable and dedicated realtor. We felt we were in good hands and she did not disappoint. Truthfully, I was very apprehensive about buying a 100-year home. Tni took the time to explain vantage homes and pointed us to some really great resources to gain knowledge about older homes. In the end, the transaction went smoothly and we closed on time. I am very happy with the neighborhood and our home and if we ever need to purchase another home on the Central Coast, I would not hesitate to have Tni represent me.

  Tni helped me so much selling my home after we moved from Nipomo, CA to Northern Ca. She dealt with everything to do with the sale over the phone and email. She coordinated tradespeople to finish up yard clean-up, septic, pest tenting etc. with speed and at the very best price. She even found a double oven at the Restore to replace the oven that had broken. I found her easy to work with and she got me top dollar. I would highly recommend her. She's the best!

  if your looking for the best realtor in the 805 then look no further. Tni LeBlanc is the absolute best in the business hands down! came through big time for me and my family. she is top drawer in my book. she was there at every corner and every situation that popped up on us. answered every question and explained everything like a teacher and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. she will be there by your side no matter what hurdles my might come across. i just can't say enough about Tni. i am so glad i have had a chance to watch a real pro work and handle themselves the way Tni has. i really learned a lot about buying or selling a home. after hiring Tni you can absolutely be relaxed knowing she's the one leading the charge and handling all business. i can go on and on about my experience with tni selling our home for us. you will not lose with Tni on your team thats for sure so do not hesitate for one second more and contact her to get the ball rolling. you will not regret it one bit. im definitly glad to be able to have crossed paths with Tni and now call her a friend....
